FacePod is restricted to people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction when that age is higher.

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this condition and that your information is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity carried out from your account.

Only verified and approved creator accounts may publish content or go live.

Every submission is reviewed before it goes live. FacePod may reject content and will state a reason.

You may only publish content you created or for which you hold every required right.

Credits, subscriptions and gifts are described on the Refunds and Creator Policy pages.

Price and credit quantity are shown before every purchase. A purchase is final once the payment provider confirms it.

FacePod may limit, suspend or close an account for fraud, age-verification circumvention, prohibited content, unauthorised use of someone else's content, repeated rule violations, or serious risk to users or the platform.

Violations involving minors or illegal content lead to immediate removal and to the legally required reports to the competent authorities.
