Refunds

Before each purchase, FacePod clearly shows the price and the matching credit quantity. A purchase is final only once the payment provider confirms it.

Credits are not a bank account, a cryptocurrency or an investment instrument.

Credits spent on gifts are debited immediately and are, as a rule, non-refundable once the gift is sent.

Price, duration and renewal conditions are shown before payment. Cancellation is available at any time from your subscriptions.

When a subscription ends, access to subscriber-only content stops unless another access right was granted.

When a payment goes through an external provider, some refund procedures also depend on that provider's rules.

FacePod may withdraw or adjust credits, earnings or commissions linked to a refunded, cancelled or fraudulent transaction.
