Creator Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Verification, moderation, live streams, earnings and payouts for FacePod creators.

1. Creator verification

Before publishing or going live, every creator must complete FacePod's identity and age verification.

Verification includes a valid government ID, a biometric/selfie check and any other reasonably necessary controls.

Only approved creator accounts may publish.

2. Pre-publication moderation

Being verified does not mean every piece of content is automatically allowed.

Each submission follows the path: creator submits → pending review → approved and published, or rejected with a reason.

FacePod reviews photos, videos, text, titles and descriptions before publication.

3. Live broadcasts

Only verified creators can start a live. Age, consent and prohibited-content rules fully apply.

FacePod monitors broadcasts and can immediately end a live showing a serious violation, including when an unverified person appears.

4. Earnings and payouts

Gifts received are converted into earnings under FacePod's commission model and may be subject to a holding period before they become withdrawable.

Only eligible earnings can be withdrawn. FacePod may require identity verification, payment details and anti-fraud checks.

A payout may be held during a dispute, refund, suspected fraud or compliance investigation.

A user's credit balance stays technically separate from a creator's earnings balance.
