1. People appearing in content
The creator is responsible for everyone appearing in their content.
Every person shown must be of legal age, properly identified, and must have consented both to participating and to the distribution of the content.
FacePod may require identity, age and consent documentation before allowing publication.
2. Someone else's content
A creator must never publish another person's content without the necessary rights and permissions.
FacePod keeps participant declarations and related documents in a private area so they can be produced during compliance audits.
