18+ Policy

FacePod is intended solely for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction when that age is higher.

Minors are strictly barred from adult services, content creation, live broadcasting, and from appearing in any sexual content.

FacePod may request additional age or identity verification whenever it deems it necessary.

FacePod applies zero tolerance to any content involving or appearing to involve a minor, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual sexual content and any illegal content.

Also prohibited: content depicting or encouraging sexual exploitation, human trafficking, real or simulated non-consensual sexual assault, extreme violence, necrophilia, and any other category banned by law or by payment partners.

FacePod may immediately remove content, suspend an account or close it permanently when a serious violation is found.

At sign-up, two boxes unchecked by default must be ticked: confirmation of being at least 18, and acceptance of the Terms of Service, the 18+ Policy and the Privacy Policy.
